Memory Quilt Policy
Due to the custom and personalized nature of memory quilts, refunds, returns, and exchanges are not available once work on your quilt has begun.
Each quilt is uniquely created from meaningful clothing and fabric that cannot be replaced or recreated.
If you experience any issue with your finished quilt, please contact me directly. I care deeply about the quality of my work and your experience, and I will always do my best to help resolve any concerns.
Longarm Quilting Policy
I take great care in quilting and binding every quilt entrusted to me. Because longarm quilting is a custom service, refunds are not available once quilting has begun.
If quilt squaring is requested, I will do my best to prepare your quilt top as accurately as possible. However, I am not responsible for issues caused during the original piecing process, including uneven borders, fullness, distortion, or quilt tops that are not square before arrival.

Fabric Returns
I want you to love the fabrics you purchase from Katybird Quilts.
Unused, uncut, and unwashed fabric may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund minus original shipping costs. Customers are responsible for return shipping expenses.

Returned fabric must be in original condition and free from odors, pet hair, smoke, or damage.
Pattern Purchases
Due to the digital and/or copyrighted nature of quilt patterns, all pattern sales are final and non-refundable.
